All conference championship games, winners, and seeds are determined by power rating, unless real-world games dictate. Seeds C1 and C2 receive byes into the quarterfinals; C3–C6 play the second round. East and West champions meet for the national title.
Source: Site data compiled from various public and private data sources. All regular-season games count, regardless of real-world conference affiliation. Each team’s record links to its source under “All ten teams.” Updates every Tuesday and Saturday between 9-10am EST.
Conference berths use overall winning percentage, then head-to-head, then common-opponent record. Unresolved ties remain visibly marked. Real-world conference affiliation does not affect qualification. Power Rating seeds the qualifying field within each geographic half; it does not select conference finalists. Champion seeds are assigned after championship weekend, with no winners projected.
Completed results are verified across all 120 schedules. FBS records are cross-checked against ESPN standings. Idaho’s record comes from its own schedule. A failed refresh retains the last fully verified snapshot and shows its timestamp. No winners or future results are simulated.
